Sheltered Employment gives individuals the opportunity to work and earn money, with ongoing supervision, on sub-contract jobs from area industries. Individuals in this program are referred through the Warren County Department of Human Services.

Job Skills Training is provided to all individuals in sheltered employment. If an individual is having difficulty with a particular job, the job skills trainer works with him/her, making any necessary accommodations or adaptations to enable the person to do the job and to enhance skills, abilities and earning power.
